My Approach

The therapy process can be a challenging but very rewarding experience, with the therapist being similar to a coach to help guide and encourage you through the journey. You will be able to think about situations in healthier ways and learn tools to cope with problems in more effective ways with the end result of you feeling like you have control over your life again.
